Our Culture DNA Transformation Process is the Principal Service provided by CultureGenetix.

The process of transforming an organization’s culture is a profound journey that fundamentally transforms the values, beliefs, behaviors, strategies, and business systems within your organization. 

Our DNA Engineering Blueprint is designed to improve overall performance, fostering innovation, and ensuring the organization is aligned with its purpose and strategic goals.  The journey begins with a thorough assessment of the current organizational culture to identify gaps between the current culture and the desired future state.

Through a blueprinting phase, typicially around three-weeks, we work closely with leaders to assess, plan and align key elements, including Direction (purpose, vision and mission), Principles (core values and business values), Capabilities (competencies and behaviors), Governance (strategy and organizational management systems), and Conservation (steward leadership) and aligns everything around a unified Purpose.  After this phase, we transition to an advisory role, supporting the organization as it takes ownership of implementing and sustaining changes for long-term success.

When this blueprint is applied holistically within an organization, all of the other *Extended Services are included in the transformation framework.
