Tim is a graduate of Tabor College with a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master in Divinity and Classical Studies from Bethel University.

Tim has held Director and Sr. Leader Engineering positions with Electrex, Inc., AGCO Corporation, and CNH International and is on the Engineering Advisory Board for Hesston College, Consultant and Council Member for GLG Group (Agriculture Network Technologies), and past Partner for Wave Technologies (High-Tech Solutions for Sports Venues.)

Tom is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration and Organizational Effectiveness and Cornell University – Labor and Industrial Relations.

Tom has held Regional and Global Human Resources Director positions with AGCO Corporation, Danaher Corporation, Georgia Pacific, International Paper Company and Union Camp Corporation.  Tom is past president for the International Management Association (Savannah, GA), and past Advisory Board Member for the Georgia Coastal Empire YMCA and Newton, KS YMCA and past Board Member for the Alabama Chamber of Commerce.
