Tim is a graduate of Tabor College with a BA in Computer Science and Mathematics, a BS in Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University and a Master in Divinity and Classical Studies from Bethel University. Tim has held senior leadership roles including Director of Engineering Services, Senior Manager of Engineering, and Partner across Electrex, Inc., AGCO Corporation, Case New Holland, and Wave Technologies, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Hesston College.

Grounded in a long tradition of community and shaped by thoughtful reflection, Tom brings a steady, principled presence to his work. He encourages people to lead with compassion, integrity, and care, blending time‑tested practices with a thoughtful, modern approach to leadership. As a dedicated father and husband, he carries these values into his home life and into every environment he influences.

Tom is a graduate of Auburn University with a BS in Business Administration and Organizational Effectiveness and Cornell University – Labor and Industrial Relations. Tom has held global and regional Director of Human Resources roles with AGCO Corporation, Danaher Corporation, International Paper Company, and Union Camp Corporation, and has served on the Boards of Directors for the International Management Association, the YMCA’s in Savannah, GA, the Newton, KS, and the Alabama Chamber of Commerce.
